The agreement between you and Tint for using the app and tintdating.com. Please read it — using Tint means you accept these Terms.
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Tint and govern your use of the Tint app and website. By creating an account or using Tint, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tint.
To use Tint you must:
One account per person. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately and permanently.
Provide accurate, current information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may ask you to verify your profile, and we may refuse, suspend or remove accounts to protect the community.
You must follow our Community Guidelines. You agree not to:
You own the content you post. You grant Tint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content or limit accounts that break these Terms or our Guidelines.
Tint is free to join. Premium and Premium+ are optional paid subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store’s policy and your local law. Prices and perks may change, with notice.
Premium features improve your experience but do not guarantee matches, dates or any specific outcome.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or our Guidelines, or to protect the community. Some provisions survive termination, including content licenses already granted, disclaimers and limitations of liability.
Tint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Let’s try to resolve issues informally first — email support@tintdating.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tint is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any binding arbitration or class-action-waiver provisions apply only where enforceable in your region. [Insert governing law, venue and dispute-resolution details.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a revised date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use Tint means you accept the updated Terms.
