You’re in control of your data. Tint follows EU (GDPR) and US (CCPA/CPRA) privacy rules.

Your rights

Access your data
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct your data
Fix anything inaccurate — most of it you can edit directly in your profile.
Delete your account
Permanently remove your account and data, in-app, any time.
Portability
Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
Object or restrict
Object to or limit certain processing, and withdraw consent you’ve given.
No sale of data
We never sell or share your personal information for advertising.

How requests work

Most changes you can make yourself in the app — edit your profile, manage permissions, or delete your account under Settings. For anything else, email care@tintdating.com.

To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also use an authorized agent where the law allows.

EU & UK (GDPR)

If you’re in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the rights above under the GDPR, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. [Insert data controller entity, EU/UK representative and DPO contact.]

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents can request to know, delete and correct their personal information, and can limit the use of sensitive personal information. You have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — though Tint does not sell or share it as those terms are defined.

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
